Why Cold-Pressed?
Juicing is not a universal process! Choosing the Cold-Pressed route guarantees the preservation of essential nutrients from your produce, maximizing the full benefits from your fruits and vegetables.

liquid gold
By using a juice press that exerts thousands of pounds of pressure, the maximum yield from fruits and vegetables is extracted. Through this process, cold-pressed juice remains more nutrient-dense, delicious, and healthier than juice made via other methods, with a longer shelf life!
Cold-pressing preserves the integrity of the juice, leaving it packed full with its original nutrients. Cold-pressed juice is known for its health benefits including increasing energy, detoxing, boosting immune systems with Vitamin C, and protecting against disease. You can taste the difference.

our machine
At Jersey Juice Co., we are proud to use Goodnature machinery! The X-1, our machine of choice, can yield up to 250 12oz bottles of juice per hour, using two plates with tons of added pressure to squeeze out juice in its two-step juicing process.
Other masticating juicers leave ‘extras’ behind in their yield. Peels, seeds, and extra gunk give you an unpleasant surprise as you sip your juice. Cold-pressing on the X-1 ensures that the extra qualities of the produce is contained in its compostable produce bag, for easy, sustainable removal, and a smooth juice for your enjoyment.
